Responsible to establish a critical path schedule  Oversee earthwork, utilities, concrete, roads, and, in general, work being completed within the requirements for completion of all Special Projects/Products Construction Schedule all labor, delivery and use of materials, equipment, quality of work, worker productivity, inspections and safety IMPLEMENT Testing capabilities of products and projects before, during and after the completion of each phase of construction. | ||||
